Fresh Round of Stevia Trials on the Way!

photo-shoot-09-09-2014In November we are commencing fresh stevia trials in Ghana. We have sourced and developed an exciting new range of stevia varieties, which we expect will perform well in open field conditions in our selected region. We will test up to four cycles and periodically provide updates on the trial progress. We hope that these additional trials will accelerate our in-house breeding program efforts. Updates will follow!

Im a HND holder from Sunyani polytechnic and i have found great interest in the stevia plant and its potential as a suitable substitute for refined sugar. I am currently undergoing training with Agritop in vegetable production in green houses, until mid-April, and would like to participate in your stevia project as a trainee, volunteer or under employment terms.
