Refining stevia leaf and extracting its steviosides in a sustainable and mild/biologically fashion, while preserving some of it’s positive trace elements/health benefits, is a great challenge. We are working on a truly unique extraction technique that will allow us to do this, however this still requires additional innovation in order to take it from the lab setting to a commercial scale set-up. Soon however we will be doing it, skipping the drying process and refining straight from fresh leaf! In partnership with Green Sugar, Bonda, the Dutch Enterprise Agency along with various other partners, we are taking the process from lab phase to large scale testing. In Q1 2016 these test will have finished, at which stage we will post a full update on this page!
